Skybreak Arena is provided by Brandon Bombard, operating as B33ZU Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use Skybreak Arena.

The game saves gameplay information locally on your device, such as mission progress, scores, medals, upgrades, selected equipment, and game settings. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
3. Purchases
Skybreak Arena is purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payment and purchase information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card or Apple Account details.
4. Contacting support
If you choose to email us for support, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, name, device details, and any screenshot or attachment you send. We use that information only to respond to and resolve your support request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
5. Sharing and selling information
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information for advertising, marketing, or cross-context behavioral tracking. Because the game does not collect personal information, it does not share game data with third parties.
6. Your choices and local game data
You can manage audio and accessibility settings directly in the game. To remove locally stored game progress and settings, you can delete Skybreak Arena from your device. Deleting the app may permanently remove this local data.

Skybreak Arena does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email, contact us and we will address the request.
